Marius was admitted as Attorney on 1 October 1992. He is also an admitted Conveyancer and a qualified Mediator, affiliated with Free State Mediation. He is a Director of Horn & van Rensburg Attorneys, Bloemfontein and specializes in commercial work and litigation, both in the lower Courts and in High Court. He is very much involved with litigation revolving around Education Law. Marius also provides clients with a comprehensive service in the drafting of duly, practically executable wills. He served on various School Governing Bodies for a period of longer than 20 years and was the FEDSAS Provincial Chairman in the Free State for a period of 6 years. He is also involved with rugby and is Chairman of the Rugby Club of the University of the Free State (Shimlas) for the past 12 years, also served on the Union Council of Free State Rugby and as a Director of the Free State Cheetahs (Pty) Ltd.

Hardie was admitted as Attorney and Conveyancer on 10 December 1998. He was also admitted as a Notary in 2004. Hardie is a Director at Horn & van Rensburg Attorneys and specializes in Property Law and Commercial work. His main field of expertise is Property Law and as seasoned Conveyancer he attends to the registration of transfers, bonds, and notarial deeds. He is also a registered Estate Agent and a well-known personality to Estate Agencies in Bloemfontein. Hardie also provides training to Estate Agents, when requested to do so by Estate Agencies from time-to-time. He is also involved with local politics and serves as a Councillor in the Mangaung Metropolitan Municipality since 2011.
